The Credit Trappers Association was founded in Anchorage, Alaska by husband-and-wife team Mustafa and La'Niaja Reynold. We started TCTA because we watched too many good people get denied for homes, cars, and business funding over credit reports full of errors they didn't know how to fight.
So we learned the fight — the laws that protect you, the dispute process, the rebuild strategy — and we built a company around doing it right: honest analysis, real communication, and a process you can actually watch working.
Today we've served more than 700 clients across the country, and the mission hasn't changed: nobody's future should be decided by errors on a credit report.

What makes us different
We teach you what's happening with your credit at every step — you'll never wonder what we're doing or why.
Late payments, collections, charge-offs, medical bills — we've seen it all, and we don't judge. We fix.
Dispute rounds run about every 35 days, and you see every deletion and score movement as it happens.
When you work with TCTA, you work with us — Mustafa and La'Niaja. Our name is on the door.
Behind the scenes
Real files, real disputes, real results. Every Monday, dispute letters go out to the bureaus — we call them Monday Drops.

The TCTA workspace — dispute letters prepped for every bureau.

Letters ready to drop — this is what "we do the work" looks like.

Monday Drops — envelopes headed to Equifax, straight from the post office counter.

New client onboarding — reports imported, disputes queued. We stay working.

Dispute prep — every letter reviewed before it goes out.

Stamped and ready — this week's dispute round heads to the bureaus.
